Today is my last November post.  I’ve plopped something up here every single day for the past month.

Who knows what will happen tomorrow.  Will I post?  Will I not?  Will anybody even notice?  Ha!

To sign off, here’s a cute cat alert.  Lincoln under a chair.  Since I don’t think I’ve put any kitties up all month long.

First up was Bolt, which was better than I expected.  The dogs were pretty adorable and the pigeons were hilarious.

In the middle came Four Christmases, which was worse than I expected.  I wanted a holiday movie to open the season with and I hadn’t seen this one yet.  It was okayish.  Not terrible but not really good.

Last night was Funny People.  It was really long, but pretty good.

I’m thinking maybe Bolt was the best of the bunch.  Have you seen any of these?  Did you watch any other flicks over the long weekend?

Remember my poll about eating meat? Well, I have been chowing down on some turkey this weekend. I gotta say, it is tasty.  Lincoln the cat agrees.

The rest of the leftovers have been equally delicious. I’ve polished off the green beans.  There might be one square of cornbread left and a few rolls.  The mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes are dwindling.  The stuffing was finished off yesterday. There’s still plenty of pie, probably because everyone gets so full eating the other food that there isn’t enough room to squeeze two different kinds of pie in.

Anybody else scraping the bowls of Thanksgiving leftovers?

I’m back to my puzzling ways.

Here it is, folks. The filling bubbled out just a hair, causing a smoke storm in the kitchen.

But, it smells deeeeelicious. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Let the pie baking commence!

Just as expected, a shiny new light-up caught my eye as I came home this evening. Santa’s ditched his sleigh and hopped in a prop plane! With real spinning propellers! Plus, the baseball player cannot really be enjoyed without a video. Batter up.

It’s Christmastime! The mass of Halloween blow up, light up decorations still fresh in my mind, I looked out the front window to find this staring back at me.

I have a feeling this is only the ramp up to the dazzling extravaganza yet to come.

Potatoes, mashed or sweet each got three votes, along with stuffing.  It makes sense, I suppose.  That’s why we cook all these side dishes.  Everyone has a favorite.

I will definitely be making my chipotle party yams.  Amongst other things.
