We managed to find our way to the hotel. I nearly drove over the poor doorman, who was out in the street hailing a cab, but it was smooth sailing other than that.

I’m not really much bigger than Mom. It just looks that way.

The Staten Island Ferry was refreshing on a hot day.

A little Today Show cameo. Luckily Meredith was off that day.

Off to P-town we went on the fast ferry.

Lillie dropped by (with her parents) for another visit.

She had a lot of smiles and an arsenal of new tricks to entertain us with.

I’m glad I don’t have to grow new teeth any more. Ouch.

Another weekend away! This time up north. The rain stayed away for the most part.

Peter manhandled the grill.

Chris and Amanda picked a few blueberries for dessert.

Had to put on my muscle tee for blueberry picking. You know. To get rid of the farmer’s tan.

UPDATE – Mom asks and she receives. Supposedly her favorite animal, I present the giraffe. Who knew they could bend down like that?
