Snow at Nisqually

It was a cold, crisp, gorgeous day at Nisqually

Views for miles

We’ve never been here in the snow before…

And the kids spent a good lot of the time splayed out on the ground

We walked to the first gazebo

And came back via the boardwalks

It’s a good thing because from the boardwalk we spotted this feathered friend (although from the dirt path we also saw two bald eagles in their nesting tree)
