We ran off without the children to find snow in the mountains
Gobs of snow!
Mounds of it!
The hiking was excellent
Ambient noise was muffled
Animal tracks were everywhere
And how would one even describe this kind of icicle???

Brilliant photos! Chiaroscuro! That snow must have been dazzling. Love all your colorful clothing against the white. Not to mention – you guys make it look easy!
