Children’s museum fort prep to the max

NW Trek’s adventure playground provided an abundance of “through” pictures of Landry today:

Through the log

Through the tunnel

Full service salad through the window

We arrived early enough for Hazel’s art class to waste some time on the big playground behind the community center:

Top notch zip line — first run

Then she learned how to jump on by herself

Today’s cut was almost two years to the day that baby Landry took his first spin in Amanda’s chair

This gal is feeling better and made it through a whole school day

Sick day for Hazey

Feeling a bit better in mid-morning

Better enough to play

Perfecting the coordination for a jumping jack

Performing for the camera

Chit chatting with Grammy on the phone

55 degrees and sunny in January? We’ll take it!

Sitting in a snow seat while we waited for the sledding runs to be groomed

Later, waiting for hot cocoa from the thermos

It was really tough to get pictures of the action but zoom in on this one for a sense…

This crab was big enough to pinch (Supey’s ok!)

Almost all of the rest were too small to pinch, although not too small to be (temporarily) snuggled into Landry’s jacket pocket

Saturday scoot

Experimental timer shot

Practice makes perfect? Maybe more like fifty attempts without improvement make frustration

It was a top ten trip to the zoo today

Examining the “little baby leaves”

Here we were waiting for the instructor to arrive at Hazel’s new art class

There she is through the glass over Landry’s shoulder
