Hadley in summer of 1989, age 6, hanging on Heather like someone else we know

Look who we found beside the Cocheco River!

Queen of the splash pad

Best buds reunited

Learning restaurant games

After our farewells Lando snoozed in the car

Hazel and I read stories at the public boat launch on the Maine side of the Salmon Falls River

It was a bitty and pretty park

There’s a huge tepee out near the archery range

Two generations

My strength cometh from the hills, also

Kid kayaks! Mismatched paddle

Hazel was totally independent out there

There’s a picture of Hadley hanging on Heather’s arm at about the same age

Playing with rocks while grown ups talked

Cookout natural

Can’t stay away from Foss, its views

Its blueberries

Engrossed in a Spot It-like card game

Landry picked this purple cake for his long-anticipated extra 3rd birthday celebration at Grammy & Grampy’s house!

Hazel made him the birthday hat, which he wore all day

Trying out Dead Bug

This gal loves a camp story right now

In deep water!

Pointing out bugs, spiders and webs everywhere we go

Today Landry is the exact age that Hazel was when he was born. He is half of Hazel’s current age

Hazel is exactly twice Landry’s age, and she has been a sibling for half of her life

Great projects with great aunts!

Thanks for this one Vida!

Some are ripe

Tall bush berries

Little foragers
