Doing the Gon-do-la cha cha cha dance in the parking lot

And we’re off! Crystal Mountain, just 13 miles north of Rainier, is about 7000 feet high at its summit

See the spectacular, sweeping view of Mount Rainier to the south?

Neither did we….the smoky haze is back 🙁

We did a little bit of hiking anyway

And were rewarded by two marmots frolicking on the rocks
