Landry’s learning to count

Small sharks right under their noses

He’s on a counting kick these days

Hazel was fully committed to the hands-on exhibit with sting rays

Landry loves a “noot nack” (fruit snack) enough to try to rip the wrapper with his teeth

Digging

Seeding

Mowing

Playing

And hiding

Our friend baby Alice has come to the PNW!

She showed us her standing and balancing skills

Hazel wowed her with stickers

Three kids on a slippery dome

(Almost) everyone together!

Shortly after this picture was taken Landry ran into the water (possibly to retrieve the stick) and got soaked and cold and frightened and had to be scooped out

Here he is afterward, getting warm and dry. We’re all so glad that he’s ok

Magnolia tree blooming!

It’s outdoor snack season!

Hazel helped Landry overcome his trepidation by first having him slide on his tummy. Worked like a charm; big sister to the rescue!

Play-doh all the time-oh

Post-nap smile

Hazel took this one

I’ve been digging the flying hair lately

We’re waiting for our magnolia tree to bloom

Here are two runners up for the annual basket photo

For those of you who might be interested

This was never a serious contender but I enjoy that Landry snuck in too

Lots of great playing together this morning

And treats too

All clean and wearing an Easter shirt

In the middle of the day we went out to Vashon Island and guess who was there? Gdee Dah!

Janis dyed eggs with Hazel

It was a beautiful day

In a beautiful spot

Cousins on a treasure hunt

Man on a mission

Oliver read all of the clues aloud

Auntie Rih Rah continues to be one of Landry’s favorite people

Whoa! It was a windy ride home on the ferry

This is how Hazel felt about the wind
