Tumbling dolls

Locking up and heading out

It’s important to reassure your dolls after they take a tumble down the outdoor stairs

Speaking of tumbling, here’s some of the intentional kind

Like somersaulting

And vaulting through the air

All three ready to hit the road at last

Love the zoo

We ventured out to try Southwick’s Zoo today.

We saw two enormous tortoises. They were astonishingly huge

I mean, just look at their faces

It’s a tiger! (There were also two real ones)

This was the only elephant

Looking up…probably at some monkeys

The giraffes were being hand fed by a zookeeper

This was by far the most independent Hazel was all day (at the very end, of course)

Here Hazel is performing for cousin Oliver via video chat. (I’ve been trying to capture that one crib-hanging move for weeks!)

Hazel held Clementine’s hand all the way to the so-called sand playground

Memorial Day Parade 2013

Waiting for the parade to start

A youth hockey player shot Hazel a “pollipop” with his hockey stick

We loved the horses

You’re a grand old flag

Enjoying our parade chair minus the parade
