It was Landry’s idea to surprise Supey during her lunch hour. Here’s where she goes when she doesn’t come home; isn’t it spectacular? We saw so many creatures: 2 swimming seals, some diving ducks, a hermit crab, and a gooey thing living in a spiral shell

We spent the weekend at the ocean!

And at the rainforest!

But first it was my 40th birthday and the kids made me lots of presents

The sun was shining at home

It was still shining at the beach when we arrived at our cabin on the Olympic Peninsula

Soon the boots were off

And the sunset upon us

Here is a taste of the view from the cabin

Then, inland to the Hoh Rainforest!
